A: First of all, shame on them ! Most WILL do this service, but may charge a fee to do so. A reasonable fee is understandable. Be aware not to overpay for this. If you cannot locate a local dispenser willing to perform the programming reasonably, then let us know. We can offer this sevice for our customers in these circumstances. The average savings for our customers, over the local dealer levels, are roughly 800.00-1800..00 PER AID. Certainly,even with paying for local programming, we are still the least expensive option, and happily so.
